60 Years: Michael and Judith Veihl

Michael and Judith Veihl are celebrating 60 years of marriage. Michael Gary Veihl,
son of Charles and Mildred Veihl wed Judith Kay Watkins daughter of D.R. and
Mrytle Watkins, on July 4, 1964.

The wedding ceremony took place at St. John’s Catholic Church by Father Victor
Kaltenbach in Quincy, IL. Standing with them were Patrick Veihl, Gail Triplett,
Joseph Haubrich, George Koch, Emily (Kelly) Venvertloh, Barb (Naderhoff) Koch,
and Jill (Watkins) Cobb.

Michael and Judith raised 4 children. Kelly Veihl, Dan Veihl (wife Christine), Ellen
Herman (significant other Dack Camerer), and Krista Veihl all of Quincy, IL. They
have 8 grandchildren. Spencer Herman (wife Abbie) of Mendon, Emlea Mowen
(husband Mitchell) of Quincy, Blake Herman of Breckenridge, CO, Ashlyn Veihl
(fiancé Evan Schreacke) of Quincy, Parker Herman of Breckenridge, CO, Andrew
Veihl of Olathe, KS, Gavin Janes of Quincy, and Kenady Janes of Quincy. Two great,
great grandchildren, Wells Herman son of Spencer and Abbie, and Ella Mowen
daughter of Emlea and Mitchell.

The family will have a private celebration at a later date.
