Jacqueline “Jackie” A. Mann, age 87, of Quincy, died on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at 5:22 p.m. in Blessing Hospital.

Jackie was born July 29, 1937 in Charleston, West Virginia, the daughter of Jack A. and Mae L. Zogg Millard. She married Gene L. R. Mann on August 19, 1960 in Lima, Ohio. He preceded her in death on January 14, 2022.

She was a teacher for Gem City College for 24 years. Jackie later was a teacher for John Wood Community College for ten years. She was an active member at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Jackie is survived by five children: Ellen M. (Keith) Foster of Rapid City, SD, Timothy L. Mann of Quincy, Mark A. (Lindsey) Mann of Orem, UT, William M. (Christine) Mann of South Jordan, UT, and James Paul Mann of Quincy; a sister, Catherine A. Schreiner of Alexandria, VA; and eight grandchildren: Whitney (Matthew) Offutt of Washington, UT, Gaven (Carmen) Mann of Los Angeles, CA, Noah (Callie) Mann of Surf City, NC, Jack Mann of Orem, UT, Payton (fiancée, Christian Adams) of Orem, UT, Miles Mann of Orem, UT, Zoe (Alex Knighton) Mann of American Fork, UT, and Ellie Mann of Orem, UT; two great-grandchildren: Florence Mann and Ryan Offutt.

In addition to her husband, Jackie was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Laura Jean Mann-Parker; a granddaughter, Lilly Mann; and a brother, James E. Millard.

Visitation: 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at Hansen-Spear Funeral Home

Memorial Service: will be held at a later date.

Private Burial: Greenmount Cemetery, Quincy, Illinois.
