Julie A. Kramer, 69, of Costa Mesa, CA and formerly of Quincy, IL , passed away unexpectedly at her home on November 29, 2022. Born in Quincy, IL March 13, 1953, she was the daughter of Floyd H. and Dorothy(Fengel) Kramer. Julie graduated from Quincy High School Class of 1971. She moved to CA in 1974 and that became her home for the rest of her life.

Julie worked for Union Bank 40 years & loved her work family. She loved to travel, have a glass of wine & a good time. She had been to Holland, Germany, France, Australia, New Zealand & all over the United States. Julie had belonged to Chamber of Commerce, Girls, Inc. & several other Organizations. Julie found a new love in the last 10 years of her life. She had been a Cuddler in the NICU at CHOC hospital & how she LOVED rocking those special babies.

Survivors include 1 Sister Peggy(Terry)Homan of Ursa, IL, 1 Nephew Tracy(April)Courtois of Ursa, IL their 3 sons Collin Bamburg of Columbia, LA, Taylor Davis & Garrett Davis of Warsaw, IL, 2 Daughters Carlee Courtois of Quincy, IL & Kayla(Harley)Malmgren of Ursa, IL.
2 Nieces Melissa(Michael)Homan-Geiser of Quincy, IL their 2 Daughters Deanna(Dillon)Cutforth of Ursa, IL & Susan Geiser of Quincy, IL & Chastity Homan of New London, MO, her daughter Alexis Jones of Quincy, IL & her son Wyatt Jones of Carthage, IL. Great Nieces & Nephews of whom she adored Bentley, Grayson, Landyn, Delaney, Brantley, Liam, Evan, Winnie, Delilah & Cohen & several Cousins.

Special lifetime Friends of over 50 years – Jann(Lee)Harris along with their family of Quincy, IL, Suzanne Hankins of Costa Mesa, CA & her family, Patricia Kennedy & Brian Jones of Branson, MO & Susie(Tom)Hamilton of Spring Creek, NV. She was Grandma Julie to a special family Gary & Lindsey Kilgour, their daughters Riley & Ella of Auckland, New Zealand. The Mark & Kristy Homan family of Ursa, IL & her Auzlon family will miss her greatly as well.

She was preceded in death by her Parents & Grandparents.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, January 20, 2023 – 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
