Robert Arthur “Bob” Palmer – Bienhoff Funeral Home

Funeral services for Robert Arthur “Bob” Palmer, 93, of Center, will be at 11:00 AM Thursday, June 19, 2025, at Bienhoff Funeral Home in Center with pastor Dan Peters officiating. Burial will follow in the Center Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Palmer passed away at 10:35 PM Friday June 13, 2025 at Beth Haven Nursing Home in Hannibal.
He was born February 13, 1932 in Hannibal the son of Gentry Arthur Palmer and Dorothy Ellen Neuschafer Palmer.
Robert married Francis Jane Young and later married Darlene Selander in February of 1980 and she preceded him in death on March 30, 2018.
Survivors include one son; Mark (Michael) Palmer of Oak Ridge, OR, one daughter; Karen Palmer of Kansas City, one brother; Chester (Eileene) Palmer of Center, one granddaughter; Andrea Palmer, one nephew; Ritchie (Adria) Palmer, three great nieces; Kayla (Zack) Higgins, Kortney (Zach) Verdun, and Adelynn Palmer, one great nephew; Greyson Palmer, along with other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Darlene, and one niece Michelle Palmer Scott.
Robert was a farmer for many years and member of the Olivet Christian Church and the Ralls Masonic Lodge #33. He enjoyed fishing, boating, traveling, and socializing over drinks with friends.
Pallbearers will be Ritchie Palmer, Greyson Palmer, Eddie Joe Hamill, Dr. Phillip Briscoe, Bruce Wisdom, and Shawn Couch.
Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Roberts, Ron Richards, and Lindell Jackson
