Terrance M. ‘Terry’ McLernon, Sr. — Duker & Haugh

Terrance M. ‘Terry’ McLernon, Sr., age 73, of Quincy, IL, died on Friday, October 18, 2024 in the Barry Community Care Center. He was born on January 14, 1951 in Chicago, the son of Don & Alice McLernon.

Mr. McLernon worked in retail. He enjoyed fishing.

He is survived by:
CHILDREN: Lisa Saurerbier (Dan), Terry McLernon, Jr. (Amy), Corrine Hucksold and Caelan McLernon (Sabrina).
Grandchildren: Seth and Quentin McLernon, Amelia and Cameron McLernon.
Great-grandchild: Violet.
Siblings: David, Timothy, Danny and Lori McLernon and along with nieces, nephews and other relatives survive.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Donna.

Cremation rites have been accorded and no formal services are planned at this time. The Duker and Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
