Blanke pleads guilty following second horse tryst; sentencing set for Nov. 13
QUINCY — Jack Blanke, who was arrested not once, but twice, for being caught in a compromising position with a horse, has pleaded guilty to Criminal Damage to a Domestic Animal.
Blanke, 39, of Quincy, was first arrested in April as Adams County deputies caught him mid-coitus with a horse on a Deer Ridge Road farm. He was placed on probation and released after being charged with Trespassing and Sexual Contact with an Animal.
But in July, deputies received another report of a man on a property on North Bottom Road south of Quincy where he was found with two horses and his genitals exposed, thus violating his probation.
Blanke appeared before Judge Robert Adrian on Wednesday and pled guilty to the felony charge in exchange for dropping the trespassing charge.
Blanke’s sentencing is Nov. 13 and he remains in the Adams County Jail.
