On 02/20/2023 at 6:44 PM Aaron M. Stratton of Quincy struck a deer on 700 N Ave. No injuries were reported and damage to the vehicle was over $1500.00.
On 02/22/2023 at 4:40 PM Marie K. Bravo of Rushville was traveling on US 24 westbound when the vehicle she was operating went onto the right shoulder. She then overcorrected causing the vehicle to cross both lanes of traffic striking the ditch and landing on its top. There were no injuries reported and damage to the vehicle was over $1500.00.
On 02/22/2023 at 6:58 PM Christopher L. Bigley of Rushville received a citation for operating a vehicle when registration is suspended on Il 99 @ Cr 050N Ave and given a court date of 03/27/2023.
On 02/23/2023 at 3:01 PM Matthew T. McCaskill of Timewell received a citation for operating uninsured vehicle on Il 99 @ CR 450N Ave and given a court date of 03/27/2023.
On 02/24/2023 at 2:05 AM Dylan W. Crook of Industry received a citation for Operating uninsured vehicle on US 24 and given a court date of 03/27/2023.
On 02/25/2023 at 4:54 PM Christopher O. Bartelmay of South Jacksonville received a citation for Speeding 76/55 MPH on Il 99 and given a court date of 03/13/2023.
