Winston R. Horton of Mt. Sterling: Struck a deer on 225E St. Damage to the vehicle was over $1500 and no injuries were reported.

07/11/2023

Ashley M. Wiedeman of Liberty: Struck a deer on 5550N @ 080E. Damage to the vehicle was over $1500 and no injuries were reported.

07/13/2023

John W. Frisbie of Mt. Sterling was travelling on 1540N@1570N when the vehicle he was operating left the road, landing on its side. Damage to the vehicle was over $1500 and no injuries were reported. Mr. Frisbie received a citation for failure to report an accident.

07/16/2023

On 07/16/2023 at 1:13 AM there was an accident involving an all-terrain vehicle on or near CR 750 E Street, close to CR 850N.  A passenger Katie J. Dunbar, 39 of Mt. Sterling fell out of the vehicle.  Dunbar was life lighted to the hospital with serious injuries. An investigation is on-going and future charges are expected.
