Griggsville man arrested for failure to register as a sex offender

GRIGGSVILLE, Ill. — Just after 11 a.m. Thursday, Chief Deputy Zack Orr of the Pike County Sheriff’s Department conducted a sex offender compliance check in the 200 block of North Wall Street Griggsville.
Subsequent to an investigation, Jeremy B. Vogel, 21, of Griggsville was arrested for failure to register as a sex offender.
Vogel was cited and released pending a court appearance.
