Homeless man arrested for Quincy robbery

On Tuesday afternoon, officers were sent to a robbery that occurred at a residence at 1719 Spring Street.

Officers took Jalen J. Jackson, 21, no address, who matched the description of the suspect, into custody.

Through further investigation, Jackson was arrested and lodged in the Adams County Jail for Criminal Trespass to Residence.

The Illinois Secretary of State Police assisted in the arrest.
