Pleasant Hill woman arrested on meth, other drug charges
PLEASANT HILL, ILL. — On December 18 at 2:40 p.m., the Pike County Sheriff’s Department, Pleasant Hill Police Department and Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office executed a court-authorized search warrant in the 100 block of Thomas Street in Pleasant Hill.
Following the execution of the search warrant, methamphetamine, controlled substances, and methamphetamine-related drug paraphernalia were located and seized. Carrie D. McCurley, 40, of Pleasant Hill was arrested on the following charges:
- Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine,
- Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (3-counts),
- Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
The investigation is ongoing. Further arrests are likely, according to the Pike County Sheriff’s Office.
