Quincy man arrested for unauthorized video recording

A Quincy man was arrested following a traffic stop on Thursday for an alleged unauthorized video recording.
John Rokusek, 59, was arrested at 10:39 a.m. after he was pulled over near 14th and Jefferson.
Rokusek is under investigation for his alleged involvement in the unauthorized video recording case, according to the Quincy Police Department. No further details are being released at this time to protect the identity of any possible victims.
Rokusek was lodged in the Adams County Jail.
