Quincy man facing sexual assault, sexual exploitation of child charges

QUINCY — A Quincy man was arrested Wednesday morning on a warrant issued by the Adams County State’s Attorney’s office for three counts of predatory criminal sexual assault and sexual exploitation of a child.
Bruce W. Gilker Jr., 40, was arrested at his home, 721 S. 13th, at 8:56 a.m. Wednesday by investigators with the Adams County Sheriff’s Department. The charges stem from a four-month-long investigation conducted by the sheriff’s department regarding sexual abuse allegations.
Gilker is lodged in the Adams County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
