Dustin R. Owsley, 33, whose last known address is in the 400 block of Kentucky.

Owsley is 5’7″ and weighs 155 pounds with red hair and brown eyes.

He is wanted by the Adams County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Domestic Battery, Violation of Bond and Leaving the Scene of an Accident.
