Melissa S. Hoffman, last known address in the 600 block of Cherry St., is wanted by the Adams County Sheriff’s Department for forgery.

Hoffman is a 44 year-old white female. She is 5’2” tall, weighs 130 lbs. and has brown hair and blue eyes.
