QUINCY — Blessing-Rieman College of Nursing and Health Sciences in Quincy now offers registered respiratory therapists an option to earn a bachelor of science degree online, called the RRT to BSRT program.

The program allows people with an associate degree in respiratory therapy to complete their bachelor’s degree in as little as 12 months. All coursework is 100 percent online and designed with flexibility in mind. Students take one 8-week course at a time.

In a press release, Danielle Lorenson, program director of respiratory care, said, “The RRT to BSRT program option is great for the working respiratory therapist who doesn’t have the time to sit in a traditional classroom.”

The RRT-BSRT program is provisionally accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care.

For more information about this program, contact the Blessing-Rieman Admissions Office at 217-228-5520, ext. 6949 or admissions@brcn.edu.
