Coroner identifies man found Monday in Bob Bangert Park; cause of death ruled as accidental drowning
QUINCY — Adams County Coroner Scott Graham announced in a press release on Thursday that the person who was found Monday afternoon at Bob Bangert Park on Quincy’s riverfront has been identified as Terrance R.
