QUINCY — First Bankers Trust Company, N.A., a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Bankers Trustshares, Inc., recently announced the launch of MHC Funding, a division specializing in the financing of mobile home communities.

First Bankers Trust Company’s experience in this type of lending allows for efficient processes that will streamline the purchase and operation of quality mobile home communities. With the primary focus initially on properties in Illinois, Iowa, Missouri and Indiana, MHC Funding will expand its footprint over time by growing and developing a specialized team.
