Fourteen Quincy Notre Dame students named Illinois State Scholars

QUINCY — Quincy Notre Dame High School recently learned 14 students from the Class of 2023 were recognized as Illinois State Scholars. This award is given annually by the Illinois Student Assistance Commission to students who rank in the top 10 percent of high school seniors in the state. Selection is based on a combination of ACT or SAT scores and class rank at the end of a student’s junior year.
