Darin T. McGraw of Liberty sold a residence at 1980-1982 N. 1100th in Liberty to Christopher Reichert of Liberty for $45,000 on May 19. 

James P. Cottrell and Sabina Cottrell of Quincy sold a restaurant at 120 S. 10th in Quincy to Ravan Properties & Renovations, LLC of Quincy for $177,500 on May 26.

State Street Bank and Trust of Quincy sold a residence at 301 Cherry in Quincy to Ricky V. Starr and Heather Starr of Quincy for $50,000 on May 20. 

William J. Schlipmann and Sharon K. Schlipmann of Quincy sold a residence at 411 Yule Court in Quincy to Kristine Mason of Quincy for $125,000 on May 26. 

Dean F. Peters and Kay E. Peters of Quincy sold a residence at 1530 Coach House Court in Quincy to Dean F. Peters, Jr. and Brooke A. Blackburn of Quincy for $431,050 on May 25.

DSV SPV2, LLC of Columbia, S.C., sold a residence at 103 Turtle in Ursa to Go America, LLC of Carlsbad, Calif., for $24,875 on May 17. 

Justin M. Bower of Quincy sold a residence at 430 Holly Drive in Quincy to Ryan Garrett of Quincy for $165,500 on May 26.

Kayla Hightower of Quincy sold a residence at 404 N. Fulton in Payson to Julie K. McClean of Payson for $120,000 on May 25. 

Cynthia S. Bunch of Pearland, Texas sold a residence at 4432 Hampton Lane in Quincy to Nathan E. Fry and Kimberly A. Whelan of Quincy for $339,900 on May 20.

Steve Vollmer of Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada, sold 80 acres of land in Liberty to Evan Vollbracht of Liberty for $340,000 on May 19.

Richard K. Noble and Tyann Britton of Quincy sold an office at 130 N. Fifth in Quincy to Christopher Kirn and Jennifer Kirn of Perryville, Mo., for $250,000 on May 23.

Jimmy Curry and Marla K. Curry of Quincy sold a residence at 2227 College in Quincy to Martin W. Cook and Carrie R. Cook of Clayton for $115,000 on May 24.
