Blessing rural health clinics in Palmyra, Golden, Hamilton/Warsaw earn exemplary status

Exemplary Provider

Three Blessing Health System rural health clinics have been granted reaccreditation with exemplary provider status by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ partner organization, The Compliance Team, the authorized national healthcare accreditation organization for rural clinics.

The clinics earning the honor are the Palmyra (Mo.) Clinic, the East Adams County Clinic in Golden, Ill., and the Hamilton/Warsaw Clinic in Hancock County, Ill.

Exemplary Provider-accredited status is granted to healthcare providers demonstrating outstanding patient care practices and compliance to comprehensive quality standards as verified and validated by The Compliance Team.

“Access to healthcare close to home is as important to a growing family as it is to those enjoying their golden years,” said Gina Genenbacher, director, Rural Health, Blessing Physician Services. “Exemplary Provider status assures the residents in the communities served by these three clinics that care is not only close to home, but it is of nationally recognized quality. The staff of each clinic takes great pride in care they deliver to every patient every day.”
