Altrusa’s 16th annual trivia night set for March 4; proceeds to benefit literacy projects


QUINCY — The Altrusa Club of Quincy will hold a trivia night Saturday, March 4, at the Knights of Columbus, McGivney Hall, 700 S. 36th. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. with the trivia competition beginning at 7 p.m. Emcee for the event will be Miss Quincy Shelby Rose.

Entry fee is $100 per table with a maximum of eight players per table. The winning team will be awarded a $100 prize with second place receiving a $50 prize. The remaining proceeds will be donated to Quincy area organizations for projects directed towards literacy and to support the organization’s fall coat collection and giveaway.

Participants may bring snacks. No outside beverages or coolers will be allowed.
