Blessing’s Heart and Vascular Center recognized in national publication

QUINCY — Blessing’s Heart and Vascular Center and its caregiving team recently were recognized in a special insert to the 2022 U.S. News and World Report “Best Hospitals” issue.   

The magazine features an insert from the American College of Cardiology recognizing all hospitals and health systems that participate in the ACC’s National Cardiovascular Data Registry and/or who have earned ACC accreditation for their commitment to optimize patient care and outcomes. Blessing participates in registries for three cardiac procedures by submitting data to measure care quality and improve patient outcomes. Blessing also has been an ACC-accredited chest pain center since 2005. 

A letter to Blessing from the ACC stated, “Your participation shows you are a leader in implementing high standards of care and protocols for your patients. We’re pleased you’re being recognized for your success and your commitment to continuous quality improvement in cardiovascular care.”
