City Hall, Central Services closed Monday for President’s Day

QUINCY — Quincy City Hall will be closed on Monday in observance of President’s Day. It will reopen Tuesday for regular business hours.
The Quincy City Council Meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday in City Hall Council Chambers.
Central Services will be closed Monday. However, garbage and recycling will be picked up Monday.
Quincy Transit Lines will operate on its normal schedule Monday.
