City of Quincy offices closed on Labor Day; buses to operate Monday, yard waste and garbage to be picked up

QUINCY — In observance of the Labor Day holiday, Quincy City Hall will be closed on Monday, Sept. 4, and reopen for regular business hours on Tuesday, Sept. 5.

Central services will be closed on Sept. 4.

The Quincy City Council Meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 5, in City Hall Council Chambers.

Quincy Transit Lines will operate on their holiday/weekend schedule.

There will be yard waste and garbage collection on Monday, Sept. 4.
