‘Everybody Wins’ Mega Raffle mega drawing to be held Friday on Facebook Live, KICK-FM

QUINCY — The “Everybody Wins” Mega Raffle mega drawings will take place on Friday, May 19, begining at 8 a.m. Thirty-five prizes, totaling more than $140,000, will be announced on Facebook Live and on 97.9 KICK-FM. All prize winners will be posted at QuincyMegaRaffle.org by 9 a.m. Friday.

In a press release, Kurt Stuckman, executive director of the QND Foundation, said, “We are excited to take a new approach to announcing our winners this year. Over the years, we have realized many people aren’t able to attend the drawing live and in person. So we thought, how can we bring the drawing to them? What better way than live online and on the radio.”

Tickets for the top three prizes will be drawn Friday morning and placed in a sealed envelope. The remaining 32 prizes will be drawn and announced live on QND’s Facebook page. The top three prizes, which include the $10,000 third prize, the $15,000 second prize, and the $100,000 top prize, will be announced live on 97.9 KICK-FM beginning at 8:35 a.m.

A limited number of tickets remain for purchase. Tickets are $100 and can be bought online at QuincyMegaRaffle.org or from the QND Foundation office. The deadline to buy a ticket for the raffle is noon on Thursday, May 18.

Proceeds from the Mega Raffle will be divided between the Quincy Catholic Elementary Schools and Quincy Notre Dame Foundations to assist them in their missions to provide financial support to Quincy’s five Catholic schools. Quincy’s four Catholic elementary schools, Blessed Sacrament, St. Dominic, St. Francis and St. Peter, as well as Quincy Notre Dame High School, will benefit individually through the $10 ticket give-back program.
