Glow Row on Sept. 9 to benefit people with intellectual, physical disabilities
QUINCY — The Dancer Love Foundation will hold its Glow Row at 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 9 at Washington Park. Proceeds from the event benefit individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities.
The “Glow Row” is an event where teams of 10 row (using a Concept 2 Rower) to a predetermined distance. This family-friendly night is filled with raffles, prizes, music, face/body painting and food vendors.
Cost is $500 per team of 10 individuals or $50 per person. Teams entering the event to “win” must have five females and five males on their team roster. Teams that enter to row to support the cause, but not interested in winning, can have a roster consisting of any 10 people.
