Historical Society’s trivia night set for March 19 at St. Francis

QUINCY — The Historical Society of Quincy & Adams County is having its first trivia night at 7 p.m. March 19 at the St. Francis Parish Center, 1721 College.
Categories will be general trivia, music, movies, television and special categories on Quincy and local history. Tables are $100, and teams may have up to eight players. Participants should bring their own food and beverages.
The evening will offer a 50/50 raffle, door prizes and individual prizes for each round of competition. A drawing for three large format Quincy maps also will be held. These framed maps, popular items in Quincy’s History Shop at the Museum, will be Quincy in 1857 birds-eye view, full color, 2 foot by 3 foot; Quincy in 1860, black and white, 18 by 24 inches; and Quincy in 1878, full color, 28 inches by 22 inches.
