QUINCY — The Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center will host a LesMills and
Water in Motion launch on Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 10-11. These live group fitness classes will be free on both days to members and non-members. Participants will be entered to win Kroc promotional items during each class.

BODYPUMP: This pre-choreographed workout is designed to improve strength and endurance in all the major muscle groups while simultaneously burning calories for fat loss.

BODYBALANCE: This pre-choreographed workout is an athletic blend of yoga, tai chi and pilates that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.

BODYCOMBAT: This fiercely energetic pre-choreographed workout is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay Thai.

RPM: Combines hit music with an inspiring instructor leading you on a choreographed journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. This class is a great no-impact way to improve aerobic fitness and lose body fat. There are no fancy moves to master. You simply jump on a bike and pedal.

Water in Motion: This pre-choreographed class is an exciting water workout combining cardio training and muscle toning. Benefit from a high-energy, calorie-burning workout without gravity’s pull on the body.

The Kroc Center offers its Youth in Fitness classes for children ages 8-12. They must have a parent or guardian attend the class with them or be present in the fitness studio. Children ages 13 and older must have a parent present in the facility while the child attends the class.
