Quincy Area Chamber of Commerce accepting nominations for Business Hall of Fame through Sept. 25
QUINCY — The Quincy Area Chamber of Commerce is accepting nominations for the Class of 2024 Business Hall of Fame. Officials say when considering nominees, think of business leaders who have laid the foundation for innovation, strong work ethic, sound financial principles and vision that will continue to serve the Quincy area for generations.
In a press release, president/CEO Bruce Guthrie said, “The Quincy Area Chamber of Commerce Business Hall of Fame honors men and women who have demonstrated a long record of management, expertise, and business skills, along with exceptional civic and community involvement. Our hope is that, by telling their stories, we will inspire future leaders.”
The Business Hall of Fame was started in 2006 to celebrate the rich history and accomplishments of the Quincy area business community. The 2024 honorees will be recognized at the Chamber’s annual meeting/Business Hall of Fame induction ceremony on Jan. 17, 2024.
Nominations are due Sept. 25. A list of past honorees and the nomination form can be found at www.quincychamber.org.
The Quincy Area Chamber of Commerce’s mission is to connect members, advocate for business and promote the community.
