Salvation Army’s third annual ‘Unmasking the Singer’ fundraiser set for Friday at the Atrium on Third
QUINCY — The Salvation Army will hold its third annual “Unmasking the Singer” fundraiser Friday, April 28 at the Atrium on Third, 201 S. Third.
Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. with dinner being served at 6 p.m. A cash bar will be available. The opening act will take the stage at 7 p. m. Tickets for the event are $65 per person or $500 for a table of eight. Contact the Salvation Army at 217-231-5626 to buy tickets or for more information.
Unmasking the Singer is a head-to-head singing competition/fundraiser where Quincy and Hannibal area celebrities/community members don mascot costumes and sing for votes and the title of Unmasking the Singer champion. Emcees will be Director of Development Matt Schmidt and Donor Relations Coordinator Chad Douglas.
The Volunteer of the Year and the Volunteer Partner Agency of the Year will be recognized at the event between 7:45 and 8 p.m.
This fundraiser benefits people in Adams, Pike, and Brown counties in Illinois and Marion, Ralls, Lewis, Shelby and Monroe counties in Missouri.
