South 8th in Quincy closed Tuesday, early Wednesday

Starting at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, South 8^th Street between Harrison and Van Buren Streets will be closed to through traffic.  This section of roadway will re-open to traffic by 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 14, 2021.  

The road is being closed to allow for pavement repairs in the area.

Motorists are reminded to drive carefully near the construction work zone and to use an alternate travel route when possible.
