MENDON, Ill. — Tractor pull lovers can celebrate their independence during the annual Independence Day Weekend Tractor Pull at the Adams County Fairgrounds Sunday, July 2.

This tractor pull features pullers from the Illinois Farm Pullers Association. Gates open at 1:30 p.m. with pulling action beginning at 3 p.m.

The Independence Day pulls have been happening at the fairgrounds for around 20 years. One of those dedicated pullers was local legend Daryl Stoll. This year’s event is dedicated to him after his death in 2016.

Tickets are $10 per person with children 12 and under admitted free. Food vendors will be on site. A beer garden will be available. More information on this pull, as well as the upcoming Adams County Fair, can be found at adamsfair.org.
