Alarm Systems Inc. announces new hires, promotions as part of company expansion

QUINCY — Due to company expansion, Alarm Systems, Inc., of Quincy has announced new hires and promotions to address the increased territory.

Shawn Leonard has been promoted to the role of general manager for ASI Quincy. Leonard will oversee daily operations, including sales, purchasing and technical operations. He holds a degree in political science/prelaw from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has experience from his background in law enforcement and sales. During his three years with ASI, Leonard has excelled as a technician, in sales and operations.

Sarah Dodd joins ASI from the automotive industry, bringing 15 years of experience in sales and leasing, internet director and sales manager. A Quincy native, Dodd has accepted an account executive position at the Quincy location.

Max Pretz comes from the sales and marketing sector in the beer and liquor distribution industry. A recent graduate of Missouri State University with a degree in business management, Pretz has accepted an account executive position at the company’s new Kansas City division. His focus will be specifically on sales of mobile security trailers (MST) in Kansas City and the surrounding areas.
