Beckman promoted to vice president of marketing, customer experience at First Bankers Trust

QUINCY — First Bankers Trust Company (FBTC) recently announced the promotion of Kyle Beckman to vice president of marketing and customer experience.

Since joining FBTC in 2019, Beckman has enhanced the bank’s ability to connect with customers through marketing strategies and an enhanced digital presence.

Beckman has developing the brands for Buck Land Funding, which specializes in financing for hunting land and MHC Funding, focused on financing manufactured homes. He has been involved in numerous digital banking improvement projects.

In a press release, Allen Shafer, CEO of First Bankers Trust, said, “Kyle’s promotion reflects his dedication to our customers and his ability to lead impactful initiatives. His vision and expertise will continue to drive the exceptional service our customers expect from First Bankers Trust.”

Beckman has been instrumental in employee engagement efforts and initiatives aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture. He has served as a Quincy Young Life Committee member, Village of Payson Town Board trustee, volunteer youth sports coach and strategic advisor for Quincy’s Calling recruitment initiative.

He created and coordinated Payson Kickoff to Christmas, volunteered at Illinois Veterans Home and Horizons and is a member of Madison Park Christian Church. He was honored as one of the Herald-Whig’s 20 Under 40 and has served on the Missouri State University Customer Experience Program Advisory Board.
