Blessing orthopedic surgeon to present free educational seminars on arthritis on Nov. 5 and Nov. 7
QUINCY — Blessing Health orthopedic surgeon and joint revision specialist Dr. Sean Moroze, will discuss the causes of arthritis and available surgical treatments during free educational presentations in Hannibal on Tuesday Nov. 5, and on Thursday, Nov. 7, in Quincy.
The arthritis and joint replacement presentations will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 4:30-5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 5 in the MJB Conference Room at Blessing Health Hannibal at 100 Medical Drive, and at the same times on Thursday, Nov. 7 in the lobby of the Blessing Health Center, 4800 Maine, Quincy. No registration is required.
Arthritis can damage joints contributing to pain, stiffness, swelling and limit blood flow that bones need to be healthy.
An Air Force veteran, Moroze graduated with honors from the Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. He completed an orthopedic surgery residency at San Antonio Military Medical Center and an adult reconstruction/total joints fellowship at Florida Orthopedic Institute.
