Chaddock to host free expert panel on trauma Thursday in wake of community violence
QUINCY — In response to the recent tragic events at a local retail store, Chaddock has announced a free and open-to-the-public event, “When Trauma Happens: Expert Guidance for Our Hometown,” which will be held from 5:45 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 8. This event will be held at The Knowledge Center at Chaddock, 204 . 24th St. and will provide invaluable insights and guidance on how to effectively respond to trauma within our community.
As local experts in developmental trauma and attachment, Chaddock is committed to supporting our community during times of need. We want to reassure our neighbors and friends that we are here for you, your families and your children.
The event will provide insights from leading experts in trauma response and offer practical guidance on supporting children and families affected by trauma. There will also be time for a Q&A session to address community concerns and questions.
