Denman Direct changes hours of operation inside Blessing Health Center

QUINCY — Denman Direct, the medical equipment and supply store inside the Blessing Health Center 4800 Maine, has changed its hours to better reflect customer demand and physician referral trends.

The store now is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday.

Denman Direct is a local alternative for people needing medical equipment and supplies, selling direct to the consumer without the need to bill insurance. Denman Direct Retail consists of health and wellness products available in store, including bath safety items, compression socks, nebulizers and kits, physical therapy products, power recliners, skin care, walking aids, wound care and wrist, knee and ankle braces.

Customers must present a prescription for items that require one.

Denman also operates durable medical equipment and supply stores that do bill insurance. They are Denman Medical Equipment and Supply at 1020 Broadway, Hannibal Medical Supplies at 6464 Interstate Court in Hannibal, Illini Health Services at 321 N. Monroe in Pittsfield and Macomb Medical Equipment and Supply at 531 E. Grant in Macomb.
