Dennis Oliver Mardi Gras Party on Saturday to benefit local Alzheimer’s organization
QUINCY — One Event Venue will be the site for the “Dennis Oliver Mardi Gras Party” on Saturday, Feb. 10.
Doors will open at 6 p.m. with the band Members Only of Springfield, Mo., taking the stage at 8 p.m. The band’s performance encompasses the music of Journey, Michael Jackson, Def Leppard, Prince, Bon Jovi, Guns and Roses and more.
Admission to this 21 and older event is $10 per person with proceeds benefitting the local Alzheimer’s organization. Beads will be offered for sale to complement the Mardi Gras attire for those in attendance.
Oliver was a radio personality for four decades in the Quincy/Hannibal area who lost his battle with Alzheimer’s in December.
