Everybody Wins Mega Raffle to award $169,500 in cash and prizes

QUINCY — The Quincy Catholic Elementary Schools (QCES) and Quincy Notre Dame (QND) Foundations have kicked off the 14th annual Everybody Wins Mega Raffle.
Since its inception, the Mega Raffle has raised nearly $3 million to support tuition assistance, technology updates and more to Quincy’s five Catholic schools.
“The ongoing success of the Everybody Wins Mega Raffle speaks to the power of community,” QCES Foundation executive director Sara Reuschel said in a press release. “When we all pitch in — whether by buying or selling tickets — we’re not just supporting our schools, we’re ensuring a strong future for Catholic education in our community.”
Thirty-three prizes will be awarded throughout the raffle period. The grand prize is $100,000, second prize is $15,000 and the third-place prize is $10,000. These top prizes, along with 29 others, will be announced at the Mega Drawing live on 97.9 KICK-FM at 8:35 a.m. on Friday, May 23.
The raffle also includes a $25,000 Early Bird prize, the second largest prize in the raffle. All ticket sellers and purchasers are eligible for this Early Bird prize. To qualify, tickets must be turned into the QND Foundation by 4 p.m., on Friday, May 2, or before tickets sell out. This drawing will take place live on 97.9 KICK-FM on Wednesday, May 14.
NEW…free tuition/cash drawing for sellers. An additional incentive for sellers this year is a ticket seller drawing. For every five tickets sold, a ticket seller’s name will be entered in to win either a $4,000 tuition voucher to one of Quincy’s Catholic schools or $3,000 cash. The winner of this drawing has the right to designate the tuition voucher to a student of their choice for the 2025-26 school year. The ticket seller drawing will take place at the Mega Drawing on Friday, May 23.
“Through this vital fundraiser, we have been able to directly help families send their children to our Catholic schools,” QND Foundation executive director Kurt Stuckman said.
Tickets are being sold by QCES and QND families, the Gene Grawe Fund office in the lobby of St. Peter Church and online at QuincyMegaRaffle.org.
Flur thousand tickets will be sold. The cost is $100 per ticket, with $10 to be donated back to one or more of the following schools: Blessed Sacrament, St. Dominic, St. Francis, St. Peter or Quincy Notre Dame, at the discretion of the ticket buyer.
