QUINCY — Blessed Sacrament School, 1115 S. Seventh, will offer free lunches to all children up to age 18 beginning Monday, June 3, and continuing through Friday, Aug. 2.

Serving time will be from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday from the school entrance in the alley off Eighth Street between the school and the church. No registration is required.

To help fight hunger in communities, the U.S. Department of Agriculture provides funding to school districts to continue to provide meals during the summer. The federally funded program provides free meals to anyone ages 18 and younger. Enrollment in the program or school is not required. Children simply must show up to the sites to get meals.

For more information or questions, call meal coordinator Chris Wiemelt at 217-440-5675.
