Memorial Hospital welcomes Hall as chief human resources officer

CARTHAGE, Ill. — Memorial Hospital and Hancock Village recently hired Nathanel “Nat” Hall as its chief human resources officer.

Hall brings more than 25 years of experience in human resources management and training. He previously worked as chief human resources officer for Bristol Bay Area Health Corporation. He also worked for Bristol Bay Industrial, LLC, in Anchorage, Ala., Copper River Native Association in Copper Center, Ala., Memorial Hospital of Texas County in Oklahoma and Norton Sound Health Corporation in Nome, Ala.

Hall is a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics, the National Association of Employee Concerns Programs, the American Institute of Parliamentarians, the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration and the Society of Human Resources Management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in speech communications from Oklahoma Panhandle State University. He also his senior professional of human resources certification and employee concerns investigator certification. 

Hall is married with two children. He also has been a play-by-play sports broadcaster for a variety of sporting events.
