Pediatrician joins Memorial Hospital team, will see patients in Hamilton

CARTHAGE, Ill. — Memorial Hospital recently added Dr. Kolleen Burnett to its team. She specializes in pediatrics and has begun seeing patients at Memorial Medical Clinic Hamilton, 1471 Keokuk, in Hamilton.

Burnett began her career as a pediatrician in 2002. She earned her bachelor of science in biology (pre-med) from Truman State University in Kirksville, Mo. She then attended Midwestern University—Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, where she received her doctorate. She is board certified in pediatrics.

Burnett will see patients ages newborn to 21. Her clinical interest includes having a passion for endocrine disorders in kids and mental health issues, including ADHD.

Burnett has served the local community for the last 10 years as a practicing pediatrician.
