IPI Wealth Management expands ownership team with two new partners

QUINCY — IPI Wealth Management announced July 1 the addition of Kent Stegeman and Brad Henry as partners of the firm.

They will join current partners John Lavery, Chris Mackenzie and Garrick Batley in leading the firm’s mission to provide wealth management services.

Stegeman joined IPI Wealth Management in 2021 after a 28-year tenure as CFO for a local life insurance company. He brings experience in customer service and portfolio management. He works for IPI as a registered investment advisor and licensed insurance agent.

Henry joined IPI Wealth Management in 2022, bringing nearly 17 years of experience from a local manufacturing and construction company. He held various executive roles overseeing business development, sales and quality. He works for IPI as director of operations.

Franklin-Lavery and Associates, Inc., the predecessor of IPI Wealth Management, was founded in January 1989 by Kirk Franklin and Mike Lavery. Leveraging their extensive banking experience, they entered the investment business to expand the services offered to their clients. Mike Lavery’s son, John Lavery, joined the firm in 1994, bringing a background in public accounting. Chris Mackenzie came on board in 2000 after a distinguished career in the military and with a major corporation.
