Kroc Center seeking volunteers for summer food service program through Aug. 9

QUINCY — The Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center is seeking volunteers for the Summer Food Service Program, which provides free nutritious meals to children aged 18 and under.

Volunteers are needed for two-hour shifts from 11:15 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Responsibilities include serving meals, maintaining clean tables and distributing milk and snacks. Interested individuals can watch the training video and sign up for shifts at krocquincy.org. Meals are served from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday through Aug. 9.
