League of Women Voters of Adams County to hear Tuesday from group advocating for women’s rights

QUINCY — The LWV of Adams County will hear from Carrie Bross and Adrienne Abright during its Tuesday, June 3, meeting at 6 p.m. at the Quincy Public Library.
Bross and Abright are the founders of Voices for Choice, which works to maintain, protect and ensure human rights for bodily autonomy. The group is primarily focused on northeast Missouri and west-central Illinois.
The public is welcome to attend.
The LWV of Adams County is active in studying and taking action on local issues including those that affect local schools, county government, the environment and city government. The LWV of Adams County is a non-partisan group that also encourages voter education.
