Santa letters, Lights and Cans for Christmas open nightly through Wednesday
QUINCY — Looking to get a letter to Santa? Stop by 5729 S. 24th between 5 and 9 p.m. through Wednesday, Dec. 20.
Elf on the Shelf has dropped off a mailbox from which he collects all the letters each night to deliver to Santa. All letters must be received by Dec. 20 and should have the sender’s name and a return address so Santa can reply.
Whether you are dropping off your letter, driving by to see the light display or walking the path to see the light display, enjoy free hot chocolate, reindeer food and candy canes. Helpers will be available to accept a requested donation of one canned good (or more), which will be used to pack food pantries in Quincy. A total of 1,772 cans were collected last year.
Additional information can be found on Facebook at “Santa Letters, Lights and Cans for Christmas.”
