Macomb Chamber of Commerce recognizes award winners at happy hour event

MACOMB, Ill. — The Macomb Area Chamber of Commerce held its annual awards happy hour event from 5 to 7 p.m. on March 25 at Forgottonia Brewing in Macomb with a crowd of more than 130 regional business professionals.
The chamber acknowledged the efforts of several members, citizens and community leaders who played a vital part in the 2023 business community. It also recognized outgoing board member Jade Powers and outgoing board president Pat Osterman (McDonough District Hospital).
Awards were presented to:
- Matt Lawver — Chamber Ambassador of the Year
- Jade Powers — Chairman’s Award
- YMCA of McDonough County — Nonprofit/Social Service Organization Award
- Seth Minter financial advisor with Edward Jones – Business Leader of the Year Award
- Stacy Foxall of Allstate Insurance — Business of the Year Award
