‘Meals with Memorial’ freezer meal pick up returns; order meals between Jan. 13-23
CARTHAGE, Ill. — Memorial Hospital has announced the return of its “Meals with Memorial” freezer meal pickup service. This program brings homemade meals straight to your table, prepared by the Memorial Hospital Health and Wellness team.
The ordering window for these freezer meals will run from Jan. 13-23. Meals will be available for pickup from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 30, at the Memorial Hospital Health and Wellness Center.
All meals are recipes that are approved by head chef Amber Clark, alongside registered dietitians Julie Shoemaker and Ashlyn Housewright.
The serving size for the freezer meals is 4-6 people, making them perfect for feeding your family or sharing with friends.
Meal options are:
- Lasagna
- Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo Stuffed Shells
- Taco Soup
- Jambalaya
- Winter Salad
- Protein Balls
- Homemade Bread
- Brownies
