Memorial Hospital seeks vendors for 75th anniversary celebration event being held Sept. 27

CARTHAGE, Ill. — Memorial Hospital has announced a special community event as part of its year-long celebration marking 75 years of service from 3 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 27, on the Memorial Hospital campus, 1454 N. County Road 2050.

The event will bring together hospital staff, families and community members for an afternoon of fun and fellowship, featuring a variety of family-friendly activities such as bounce houses, face painting, a petting zoo and games. The celebration will conclude with a water lantern festival and glow walk around the lake.

Memorial Hospital is inviting local businesses and organizations to participate as vendors. Interested vendors may register at the following link: https://form.jotform.com/251316916203046.

Vendor Information:

• Each vendor will be allotted a 10-foot space around the lake
• Vendors must supply their own tables and chairs
• Electricity will not be available
• Setup begins at 1 p.m. and must be completed by 2:45 p.m.
• Children’s activities will conclude at 6 p.m.; vendor tear down may occur anytime between 6 and 8 p.m.
• A short presentation will take place at 6 p.m. followed by the water lantern festival.
